Food and drink

Food and drink are man's basic needs. Someone will relax and will not ask for the price, while someone else will prefer to buy a few souvenirs with a slightly more modest meal ...

I personally belong to this second group which also reflects the intention of this blog. How to travel down Route 66 as cheaply as possible? This is definitely not a plan, but some overview of the offer along the way. As everywhere in the US along the road, there is no shortage of the most popular restaurant chains such as McDonald's, Subway, Pizza Hut, and others, but there are also places where we can eat something else. As for drinks, the plan is mostly to drink water and sometimes a drink that is already included in the price of the meal. The price of a pack of 6 half-liter bottles is somewhere around $ 1. I have listed some prices and it can be seen that $ 10 a day is generally enough to survive 14 days on the road.
